1. Processing Time

We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase. All times are business days (Mon-Fri).

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

3. Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within [the United States / Canada / select countries list].
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
​
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office.
If the package is still missing, contact us within [7] days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. For high-value items, we recommend using a secure shipping address.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we accept returns under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within [30] days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on [list non-returnable items, e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings, personalized items, gift cards].
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please email us at cam@doinitmovin.com with your order number and the reason for your return within the return window.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within [5-10] business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your orders. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [customer service email] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
